A Delicious Shrimp, Mushroom and Coriander filling, wrapped in your favorite chewy glutinous skin!

A variation of the traditional shrimp dumpling or Har Gau. We've created a unique flavor that brings the umami of Chinese mushrooms to a crowd favorite.

Cooking Instructions 

1. Line the bottom of a steamer with parchment paper. Alternatively, coat the bottom with a bit of oil to prevent sticking 

2. Steam the dumplings from frozen, on a high heat rapid boil for 8 minutes. 

3. Enjoy immediately!
